I lead the team with a unique blend of expertise in property, technology, and crypto and with a big personality and relatable approach my passion is making clients' businesses more profitable while educating them about the 'why' behind the strategies.

Having also won the prestigious New Practitioner of the Year award at the British Accountancy Awards, reflecting my dedication to innovation and excellence.

I serve as the Client Finance Director at CCA, where I focus on supporting our corporate clients to further grow their already thriving businesses. My role involves finalising year-end accounts, identifying new opportunities, and helping clients make sense of their financial data.

I began my studies in Sri Lanka, earning the top award in Business Mathematics & Statistics for AAT. I later completed both AAT and ACCA qualifications in the UK and am currently pursuing my CTA certification.

With a background in audit from one of the UK’s top 10 accountancy firms, I have gained extensive experience. Additionally, I successfully managed my own retail business for over six years while studying for the ACCA, giving me valuable hands-on insights into business operations.

Outside of work, I enjoy taking long rides on my motorcycle, and when the weather is favourable, I love swimming in the stunning seas of Sussex.

I have extensive experience in management accounts and financial management, where my focus is on transforming financial data into practical insights that enhance business operations. I believe that accounting is an ongoing process, essential for providing timely information that supports effective decision-making at all levels of an organization.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with various companies to help them navigate day-to-day financial tasks as well as strategic moves. My expertise lies in analyzing financial information to identify trends and opportunities, ensuring that teams have the clarity they need to make informed choices. I aim to create streamlined processes that not only improve efficiency but also foster a deeper understanding of the financial aspects of the business.

I value collaboration and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with overall business goals. I am committed to continuous improvement and staying current with industry trends to better serve the organizations I work with.

I am a Personal Tax Assistant at CCA. I help our clients make their personal income taxes as efficient as possible whilst achieving their goals for their personal life.

I help with declaring the correct expenses, using the relevant income and making sure your self-assessment is filed correctly. I also help with Stamp duty relief claims and ad-hoc requests.

I bring everything together by understanding your goals and circumstances, crafting a personalized plan just for you. I don't just focus on the present; I help you see how today's decisions shape your future wealth. 

In my spare time I like to play golf and read up on the latest financial movements in the market.

Practice Manager

As Practice Manager and Director at Collective Concepts Accounting, I am dedicated to fostering clear and effective communication with clients. I guide new clients through our Online Portal to ensure a seamless onboarding experience, while carefully managing documentation to meet all regulatory and business requirements. In addition, I collaborate closely with our Marketing team to keep our clients engaged with relevant insights on social media and support the coordination of dynamic networking events that strengthen our community.

With over ten years of experience as a qualified teacher, I bring a passion for knowledge-sharing and a strong foundation in teamwork. My teaching background has honed my ability to connect with others and manage diverse projects, skills that serve me well in my current role.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me enjoying the outdoors, whether in my garden, traveling to new destinations, or spending quality time with my family.
