Right from the start, our induction plan is designed to make you feel comfortable and with our ongoing training and development opportunities, we invest in your future. Whether it’s improving your technical skills or developing your leadership potential, we’re here to support your journey. 

After your initial induction, you’ll have bi-weekly catch ups with your line manager and attend weekly team meetings as well as getting to enjoy a team lunch out once a month and a team building/social twice a year. 

Client feedback plays a crucial role in our performance management. We gather and analyse feedback to recognise achievements and identify areas for growth. This feedback loop ensures that our team is constantly improving and delivering exceptional service.

Welcome Bonus: £750 upon completing probation (prorated)

Enhanced Annual Leave: Starting at 30 days (including bank holidays), increasing with tenure and qualifications 

Hybrid Working: Balance work-from-home and office days. Core hours between 9:30am to 2:45pm – remaining hours completed at your preference
